Would it? The chest muscles only extend to the collarbone, so it'd be weird if the lineart went past it. But tbh I don't know much about anatomy.

The lineart of the boobs near the middle should approach the collar bone, but if they're really big, you can see them having some signs that some tissue is hanging by her shoulders. In Tania's case, I think she has enough muscle to not make her boobs sag

These look really good. The default pose is more dynamic and the mod went for a cuter look. I will be very happy if there's a nude variant

 

 

Anna's torso is wide (like in the anime; wider shoulders I think) to fit her naturally big boobs (and to fit bigger modded boobs), but I don't know why the ZeXal Girls almost have the same torso width

There's a rumor that the next female characters to be released will be Rebecca and Serenity. I didn't watch DM so I don't know if there will be a mod for a "barely a duelist" Serenity and "supposedly a duel champion" Rebecca (who looks like a child). Maybe they will be released simultaneously with Noah but it is all a rumor so don't count on it

Simple, you using the file Chara007 and not Chara007_0 for the sprites. 
In some latest updates Konami erased the file Chara007
