Set a Specific Time in Protocol?

Hey, folks!

I was wondering is there a way to set a time that a protocol is active more specifically then just day/night time?

I suppose they are 12am-12pm and 12pm-12am respectively? But what I want to set some rules that'd be active say 10pm-3am or something like that?
