Sims refusing to use the toilets, always bursting.

I'm in desperate need of some assistance here, this is really driving me nuts and has been an issue for a while now, I can't figure out which mod is causing it and most of the mods I don't want to remove because they suit what I need for my gameplay, but I will happily remove the mod that could be causing this.

The general issue is that sims, mainly the npc sims refuse to use the toilets, this is happening on community lots, particulary nightclubs that i've built myself as well as other lots from the gallery etc, I've checked and double checked the toilets that I've placed in each lot, even tried different types of toilets and they all have clear and easy access, no routing issues, the sims will happily enter the room to calm down in front of the mirrors and even sit on the cubicles to cry for whatever reason, but they will never use the toilets to relieve themselves. instead they will just stand there waving their hands with the bursting for the toilet moodlet above their heads and just stand there until they make a mess. When it comes to them leaving the lot, they will walk to the despawn area and just stand there bursting until they make a mess again.

I'm getting seriously cheesed off with this so I've attached my most recent mccc lastexception file to see if anyone can have a look and see whats amiss and figure out what mod could possibly cause this annoying bug.

Please if anyone is out there who can assist I would be seriously happy.

76 views and still no replies, is there anyone out there who can help with this? I'm getting seriously cheesed off with this now, I've tried reducing the sims on lot, enabling autonomy for all sims except for the selected household member, yet there are still sims standing in the despawn area outside of the nightclub bursting to go to the toilet even though I've placed easily accessible toilets inside the nightclub.

I don't have any toilet preference related mods so I don't know what the hell is causing it, I've tried rebuilding the nightclub, replacing the toilets with different ones, re-positioning them, nothing is working, it's happening on different nightclubs and on retail units as well. As a side note, the sim I am controlling will use the toilets to releive themselves without any problems.

Has anyone else experienced this and found a solution? Someone please help.

No idea, but maybe try Sims  4 Mod Manager, then change it to show all script mods. Click on them to disable and try in game again. or do a 50/50. Take half your Mod folder and cut and paste it somewhere else and play the game, if the problem persists, take another half. If the problem solved, check the half that was removed for the culprit.
