{find} a mod that allows you to swap between armors or cloths

so i seen this video and tried to ask the mod and tried to google it but am having trouble finding it 

 

this mod had a shout or something that allows the user to switch between two diffrent armors they had i was wondering if there is a mod that can do this 

i was thinking about it as i am using the sl adventure  mod and one of the laws is skimpy cloths
