Tied (around neck) deep V halter top [request]

Been looking around for halter tops for Sims 3 that shows the most skin, but it’s either low resolution or covers up at the front.

 

Don’t know where I can get a normal (perhaps somewhat sporty but categorically everyday) looking halter top that also has a deep V (for the cleavage) that ties around the neck.

The only creator I can think of for those low-cut tops is Billsims. Try their Sims Resource page, maybe they have something useful for you.
