Finally got around to making the post. No clue if I have done it correctly though, first time posting an actual mod, hah. It is up now though, found here - 

Might've done good, might not have done. Enjoy it, or don't. Up to you all

My only complaint is that it will lock the speed of the player and mounts after you reach the max need to piss other wise good mod.
