Dragonborn talks to herself

Is there a mod that gives the Dragonborn (female) self talk? Or could one be made using DBVO and Ciri and Bella? 

By self talk I mean: 

• cursing under her breath
• swearing at folks she doesn't like (Nazeem, to their backs etc)
• "Eff you" comments
• Snarky lines
• Wolf whistle for a nice girl / male and a follow up "I'd like some of that" or something
• I'm parched / hungry / gagging for a shag...
