I would like all male npcs to have a schlong of some kind when I strip them of their clothes, instead of red underwear. I tried to achieve this using SOS and another male mod together, and my character ended up with two schlongs.

SOS is by itself, a male body mod - you don't need two of them. SOS replaces the vanilla male body, and has schlongs as "addons", which allows for variety between the three included by default, and addons from other mods.

 

There are mods like HIMBO to extend SOS - adding options for Males in Bodyslide, new textures, etc.

Don't install any other male mod. Just install sos and you will have 3 different schlong types that are randomly assigned to NPC's and you. These are VectorPlexus regular, Vectorplexus muscular and Smurf average schlong addons.

Also if No schlong is randomly assigned to npcs and you see a red underwear be sure that addon Esp. plugins are activated. If they are activated you can see which schlong types are available in SOS in-game MCM menu
