Hmm, I have absolutely no idea what the cause is.
I reinstalled the base GBFR game, Reloaded II, and GBFR Mod Manager. When I installed only the `gbfrelink.asset.pl0101Djeeta (2nd wear)` mod, the game wouldn't launch and displayed the same error message as "Unkwn37."
If I install another Djeeta mod first, the game does launch, but then I run into the same issue as before where the color of the head and neck area is distorted.

Overwrite the wtd file in the link with the Beach-Themed mod file and perform the Beach-Themed mod installation procedure again.
 

It's there any sfw version? I have seen the sfw version of IO but I can't find it.
