New around here, few recommendations please

Hello,

 

Just reinstalled Skyrim and i just discovered this site. I've seen some pretty amazing character pictures that made me simply go wow...

 

Now back when i played this game last time, i only used nexus to mod my game, and i used stuff like apachii hairstyles, bella's face textures, CBBE etc.

 

But now after coming here and seeing all these amazing character screenshots with gorgeous looking faces/hairstyles/armors and whatnot i'm completely confused.

 

I've browsed quite a bit this evening around here and i'm feeling a bit lost so if anyone can provide some help it would be greatly appreciated.

 

I've found so far : SG hair Hair Pack + SG Female pack. Now, are there any other mods i'll need? Not asking about armors atm simply having a character that looks great like the pictures around here. Is the SG female pack a replacement for CBBE? As in body+face? Do i need new races?

 

Also, are there character saves ? Of most of the amazing characters of which people post screenshots of around here? Or they don't want to share?

 

Again, thanks for reading and sorry but i'm a bit overwhelmed by the size of this site and the amount of mods that have appeared since i last played this game. Cheers.
