Guest Posted November 1, 2013 Posted November 1, 2013 Ugh... so I started taking Programming this semester... OMG!! I don't know how I ever thought I could make a complex mod. However, at the same time I don't understand how I was able to figure out as much as I did. Such things as finding the run time error in Sexout Tryouts with Scrambler. My head hurts... not from the insanity that is programing but from the fact that I'm starting to see programs everywhere and how they work to a small degree. I'm no where near Programming God hood... that belongs to PrideSlayer Started working with Scripting in my Flash class and it's just giving me a headache and a bit of laughs because I already know everything I'm currently reading in the book. Probably because Java I taught that first. The pure INSANITY OF IT ALL!!!!!!! MUHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH*cough**choke*, ouch... Damn Cigarettes, Need another.
Endiness Posted November 1, 2013 Posted November 1, 2013 Maybe you can save some money here. My own university JUST started teaching Python this semester, and now it looks like I won't have to pay $600. Well, that and this is my last semester anyway. Taking any more CIS courses at this point would be a waste of money.
Gepardus Posted November 1, 2013 Posted November 1, 2013 Programming... really now, such a headache, give me network to config, not program to make, can´t stand it!
Pandaman Posted November 3, 2013 Posted November 3, 2013 As a computer science graduate let me just say I feel your pain. Also let me say the thing that killed any and all interest I had in programming was computer science courses
Guest kimbale Posted November 3, 2013 Posted November 3, 2013 Just some more languages. Not natural, but nonetheless made by humans.
AwfulArchdemon Posted November 3, 2013 Posted November 3, 2013 Great. I'm just about to begin college to get my Bachelor of Science in Game Design and Animation. (sigh) here we go...time to fry my brain and go nuts like NatanusLikens.
Guest Posted November 4, 2013 Posted November 4, 2013 Depends. I can do ALOT of basic things such as setting up buildings and placing items/NPCs. Working with quest and making dialogue not so much. Should be able to find some small mods I've put together that I was hoping to make into bigger mods but they mostly either ended because I couldn't figure things out or was pissing off people because I was asking for help that came across more like asing them to make it for me. Mostly I stick to making places right now.
Keltol Posted November 5, 2013 Posted November 5, 2013 Programming can be so much fun though! I live for that rush I get when something works.
