Multiple sims interacting with the same object?

Hello, I was wondering if there is a WW setting that allows for a solo animation to be playing on an object and still have that object intractable through  non a WW prompt.

I.E if I have a facesitting chair with a solo animation permanently running in it, how do I allow sims to interact and sit down on that as if it where just any vanilla chair with out those sims waving because its in use via an WW animation?
