DyndoLod Tree's Problem HELP PLEASE!

So, I'll be honest. It's my first time working with DynDoLod. I used the Nolvus Manual Guide so, I've done everything per instructions. However, I'm noticing what you'll see below. In the distance, it seems only the original billboards are loading. In fact, it doesn't look like any bushes or anything are loading... 
Is there a way I can check what's going on?
(I know the color looks terrible, I'm still working on the ENB. In fact, if you know how to get those aspect ration black cinema bars off my screen that would be helpful too. lol)

You'd need the billboards for whatever tree mod that is, then check the Ultra under advanced > options instead of the default tree lod. And  before that, you need to build the texture atlas with texgen and install it all.

 

The letter bars are probably a letter box option somewhere in your ENB.

Oddly enough it fixed itself. 
The only problem I have with the LOD's now, is that they pop in too close. They switch from LOD to actual mesh about 100 yards (30 meters) in front of me.
