(Will Pay) Need help teaching me how to use televesions and projectors in Fallout 4

So like the title says I will pay for help in someone teaching me how to use the televisions and projectors in 4. I tried following the old videos of the wasteland turtorials but at the end of the day they all required the votw mod itself and I don't wanna make that a requirement for my mod. So if theres any takers please help me, amount of pay will be talked about to any interested.

I'd just like to know how it worked so i can have a working tv in my mod.

Unless you're good at scripting or at least know how Champollion works then it'll be rough ride.
The MO didn't include the source code... so...
