Human sims eat from pet bowls and most updated sliders

So I accidentally deleted my sliders folder and don't want to have to go looking for them all again. Does anyone know where I can get the most updated ones as a dump or could someone share theirs? Thank you! 

 

Also, does a mod exist when human sims eat from pet bowls or a good way of forcing sims to eat prison style meals or scavenge for scraps? I have some captive sims that eat far too well.
