Since this is the only mod that I know of that is for RJW and VRE Androids instead of android tiers, I figure I'd ask here, even though It might get me nowhere

 

is anyone else finding it impossible to make humans fuck awakened androids or vice versa? I have the direct control enabled in the mod options, and the androids can masturbate (So far, I only have one) and the humans can fuck each other as per normal, but when I try and get a human to dick down an android, who happens to be his wife, there's no prompt. it's not that the button is greyed out, it's that it's not there entirely.

 

Please help, I just want my colonist to be able to Detroit: Become Horny with his wife.

Wish that the disabled sex need would make the androids stop masturbating. Tried to make a few for combat purposes, and a few of the male non-awakened androids can't keep their hands out of their pants long enough to actually get repaired. One of them even died because of this lmao.

 

it's just the male droids that have done this too, the female ones don't seem to have this issue.

Im just wondering if a mod that adds a hardware gene to allow vre android pregnancy can ever be a thing. We have growth vats in vanilla already and they're basically artificial wombs so why is a internal incubator in a android that does something similar so impossible? Could just claim archotechs did it or humans reverse engineered archotech stuff to do it like every other mod with 'impossible' stuff in it does. Could even claim it's tech from glitterworlds like the mods that don't already use the archotech thread do.  It doesn't even have to be a normal pregnancy if preventing hardware genes from 'infecting' biological children is too much of a hassle. Just block the android from passing any genes down except maybe organic versions of it's cosmetic ones but force the androids partners genes to fully pass down. Similar to how dominate gene mods that already exist do.

Or just have a organic version of the vre android you can make out of meat and bits of electronics that can breed and do everything humans can. Sounds more difficult but at least gives androids that want to start a family options if you have skymind of cortical stacks without having to resort to bodyjacking a human. Just odd no one's done this yet given all the people out there with robot fetishes
