Modded Skyrim on Asus ROG Ally / Legion Go ?

I'm thinking that it'd be cool to play my lewd Skyrim on a handheld... I'm wondering if any of you have experience with that and have any tips? Ideally I'd like to bring over the modlist from my current PC rather than having to download and reinstall everything.
