Help with last exception please

I keep getting this last exception popping up on a specific household and I have no idea what it means, if someone could shed some light on this and offer a solution on how to fix it that would be awesome.

From your LE , update or remove mod Tmex All Cheats , error with public Unlock

Nice one, that seemed to fixed it, I updated the mod and no errors popped up..
