Preconfigurable NPC Outfit Switcher?

There are some mods like diziet's auto outfits or nether's follower framework that can be used to make NPC's automatically swap outfits based on their location. Does anyone know of any mods like this that you can set up in an .ini or something before you start your game so that the outfits are ready before the game starts?

 There is an outfit swap functionality in this: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/24334

It comes with a handy showroom to visually see the outfit and a bunch of other nice options. But i guess you can just edit the preset file if that is more up your alley.

Thanks for the recommendation. I'm currently trying this mod out Outfit Manager at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com) because it's customizable and it lets you configure everything in a jSON before starting the game.
