Last exception shenanigans

I got a really wierd problem when using the last exception website it's saying I have colonolnutty mods installed something I have done before(I really don't give a crap about what turbodriver finds offensive)but given I haven't played this game in multiple months and did a full on clean install I.e deleting the entire electronic arts folder

So That is flat out impossible basically the error says file exist that don't and given that last exception was made in 2024 unless last exception errors can travel back on time there is simply no way for this to be true

 

But it's still giving me le because some how the game says a mod is using a file that I do not own

 

What other mods can trigger those and or have it as a dependancy because honestly other wise I have no clue what's happening

Install and run Better Exceptions. It should tell you what's wrong.
