Looking for a mod that after surrender or rape has the chance to force your character into slavery (Via human, beast races, and creatures such as Rieklings)

Yes, it is a Skyrim LE modpage, but there are SE versions in the download page. from there you can look at the enslavement mods that it works with and choose from there.

As Norvile said, you want SS++

 

Then after that you need slavery mods, as SS++ is only a tool to get a character from "not slave" to "slave"

 

My recommendation is the following:

Death Alternative (Nexus)

Baka's Defeat (here)

Simple Slavery++ (here)

And then any slavery mods that tickle your pickle (there's even a list of compatible slavery mods in SS++)

More options means you can improve the variety of experiences you have upon being defeated and sold into slavery.

 

The settings I use are to completely disable Defeat's triggers- they don't play well with Death Alternative, and I find DA a little more reliable for what I want.

Defeat triggers the Death Alternative list post-rape

 

Death Alternative can be used to trigger a number of options, such as being robbed, left for dead, rescued by a friendly, etc. including, if you have Simple Slavery installed, you can wake up in the slave pen after blacking out. You can fine tune the chances for what happens to you, as well. So if you want to only be sold into slavery, you can set that.
