Is it possible to use SPID to "mark" player and npc as male (futa character)?

I know sexlab doesnt use vanilla gender, they have their own gender system. But i dont really know how that system work, did they use keyword? magic effect? Either way, can it be done through SPID? 'cause it will be a hassle if i released a futa village mod and users will have to manually change each npc sexlab gender.

 

Anyone know more about this, could show me the way, please?

Wenn du Futa, also Frauen beiderlei Geschlechts, willst, dann setze sie in Schlongs von Syrim. Nicht im Sexlabor.
