Help: Most female NPC's are stuck wearing DD attachments on game start

As the title says I'm having an issue where most female NPC’s are wearing DD’s when I start a new game. This also includes potential followers added by mods.

This seems to be related to how submissive they are? For example Aela is in usual armour where as someone like Ysolda is in DDs

 

I wanted to check with the experts here as to which mod could be causing the issue?

 

Skyrim Version: Skyrim AE 1.6.1130
SKSE: 2.2.5

 

Before anyone says, I do not have “Sex Lab - Sexual Fame” in my load order (I know this is a mod that can cause this).

 

Load order is attached.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

P.S.
Load order may be a bit of a mess… It’s been a ‘expanding’ thing that i try to keep up to date that has been built over a few years ?
