Looking for an armor mod

Well... not really an armor mod per say. More of a clothing mod.

 

Also if this is the wrong place to post this please tell me, I wasn't too sure.

 

Anyway I am looking for a mod that adds clothing that to some extent resembles the photo attached. I especially like the collar "breast cloth" thing. I tried looking on the nexus (quite a bit actually) but I couldn't find anything that was even remotely similar. So if you guys know of any that'd be awesome, thanks!
