kenix Posted October 27, 2013 Posted October 27, 2013 So i followed the entire tutorial from the pdf file to build a Resource Pack for sexout. After that i created a fomod with the folder and it was done. But there is also some downloadable contents like SexoutCommonResources-Data-20130602.1 etc. what exactly should i do with them? there is no info about that in the tutorial. Should i copy/paste the contents of SexoutCommonResources-Data into my created SCR Resource folder?. Another question: how i can activate this mod exactly? I've just the settings at the mod configuration menu but i dunno how to start it. Would be glad for help greetings and sry for bad english.
Swyke Posted October 27, 2013 Posted October 27, 2013 No. I wouldn't put the SCR-Data into the resourced folder. There are updates for SCR and SCR-Data frequently and if you did, you would have to install the whole Resource-Clothing-Data-meshes-Textures-Pack again. Just install SCR and SCR-Data in the package manager with "add fomod". (Nr. 5 in "Pre-Requirements" of the Tutorial) If you have installed your custom made SCR-Resouce-fomod you can see it in the Package-managers meun, but not in the load order, because there is neither an esm nor an esp. If you can see the SCR-menu in MCM SCR is ready to use (And should work without issues if you have installed an the Resource-Data too). There is no activation, as it's named it contains just the Common-Resouces for other Sexout Mods.
kenix Posted October 27, 2013 Author Posted October 27, 2013 Thanks for the fast input . But i realized, i already have some of these files contained in the downloadable resource folder. Should i delete the files or overwrite them?.

Should i delete the files or overwrite them?. If one option doesn't work for you, then try the other. I'm not a modder or anything like that. I love testing out new mods, but if a certain mod doesn't work, then maybe try overwriting them to see if they work then. (This is my two cents, but I really wouldn't take my word for it; this isn't really up my alley. lol..)
Odessa Posted November 7, 2013 Posted November 7, 2013 Use the FOMM package manager to install all sexout stuff*. As a casual user you don't (generally) need to worry about what files are inside the data-packs. Some may occasionally be overwriting stuff installed by other mods but this is rarely an issue and if you use the FOMM 'deactivate' function it will undo the change. *Important Make sure you install astymma's compatability skeleton last and as it is instructed- it can become overwritten by other body skeletons and if so you'll see infinity breasts in game (harmless but not as exciting as it might sound)
