ispanjolas Posted October 27, 2013 Posted October 27, 2013 Hi I have a little problem with skyrim. I used to live in Lithuania and I've purchased region locked skyrim for steam. And now I live in uk and can't download the game it says that it is region locked. Now I don't mind buying the game again but I can't buy it on the steam store it says buy the game as a gift so my question is what to do now?

I did that but it's been more than 24 hrs so I am thinking on getting a boxed copy of the legendary edition of game.co.uk its 16£ right now any opinions?

SandsOfTime404 Posted October 27, 2013 Posted October 27, 2013 It's already been said, but just to reinforce the validity of it - definitely wait it out longer. I had a similar issue myself. Steam Support will help you, but they're not as fast as a speeding bullet. It was nearly 48 hours before I got a formal response, but once they got around to my request they were helpful in a very timely manner. I had everything sorted out before three days had passed. It's annoying to have to wait, but you can at least trust that Steam Support will be useful to you. The same can't be said about a lot of other customer support systems out there.

Not only that but it will still be region locked as your account thinks its still in Lithuania. You have to remember Steam receives thousands of support tickets every day. You are welcome
