FO4Edit - search by Name and/or form type?

How do people search for a form in FO4Edit?

 

For example, let's say I want to find an INFO (dialog response in a QUST) -- is there a better way of finding that name than using FO4Dump (with the -dg:XXXX option or maybe just -xbloat, to only dump the interesting stuff and not dump things like navmeshes) and then searching in that dump?

 

Or, if not, how do people perform these dumps in MO2?

 

(I have a working approach here, but FO4Dump is slow, especially when dumping all active mods in MO2, and I was wondering if I am overlooking something convenient.)
