Idea for breeding mod [request]

I have an idea for a mod, but I have no idea how to make them

Basically, I want there to be a breeding/baby making factory. 

My idea is as follows:

War kills a lot of people, so skyrim is starting to run out of able bodied men
Luckily, wizards have discovered a spell that makes pregnancy take a lot less time than irl pregnancy. An in game month or something

Children will also grow into adults very quickly
Women all throughout skyrim have been requested by the army to breed more soldiers
They have special rooms where women are impregnated

Breeding factories, as it were
Free women will be compensated for their service. 
But if you are arrested, you may be sent here to repay your debt to society

If you are a slave, you might be bought for this purpose
Maybe you get special tattoos so everybody knows what a good breeder you are

 

I don't know how feasable any of that would be. I have a huge breeding/pregnancy kink, and think this sounds super hot

What do you guys think?

Я не знаю, насколько это осуществимо. У меня огромная проблема с размножением/беременностью, и мне кажется, это звучит очень горячо.

Ребята, что вы думаете?

 Personally, I have a good background in programming, but even with that in mind, I've already encountered some difficulties with CK. If you haven't worked with code before, I'm afraid you may find it even more difficult. Nevertheless, the author of the youtube video tutorials explains the basics of programming quite well. If you take enough time to practice, you will definitely succeed! 

 

 If you look through my thread, you may notice that I started studying modding to develop a series of mods in a similar genre to your idea.
