i got lucky (donwloaded right as it was uploaded and right before it was put to hidden)

but i never encounter her

but up until now i think forgot to activate the plugin

 

but after testing i did not find her

so maybe miss some requirment

The mod require Half dragon race and RaceCompatibility. However even after I have all the requirements, the game still ctd when I tried to load a save without any crash log.
