Sims have no genetalia in CAS or Live Mode

Since updating to the latest versions of both Wicked Whims and Nisas Wicked Perversions, I no longer have visible genetalia on male or female Sims. Not sure what's causing it. The only CAS mods I have are Default Eyelash replacements and Maxis Match clothing. I've since removed them from my mods folder to see if it'll help resolve the issue but sadly it's still persisting. Any advice?

Do you have THIS Mod??  If so, you may want to make sure it's up to date
