New Skyrim 1.6.1130, mods automatic unplugged when lunched game on MO2

Hi, I just upgrade my Skyrim AE to the latest version and updated all the latest version of the mod available. Something strange happened to me. Every time when I lunch the game via MO2, I am able to get into the game, but when I try to load the save file or start the new game, the game just CTD. And when I check my MO2, I found out all the mods have been deactivated automatically. I have lunch LOOT, SEEDIT and Nemsis before lunching the game, no warning messages or any issues discovered by them.  Not sure what went wrong, please help.

If I can found the answer via search function, I would not post this to ask for help. If you know where to look, would you please kindly to point me the way then.

Hi Dodzh. Yes this is exactly the problem I'm encountering. Thank you. At least now the unplugged issue has been solved.
