Quest marker not showing - Quest Alias issue?

Trying to make a fetch quest based on the Tirk the horny riekling. The idea is that first time you meet Tirk, he will give a quest to help find his spear. after you find his spear he will follow you. 

I'm trying implement quest Alias and it doesn't seem to be working. This is what I did

None of the above seems to be working, the quest markers don't show and the Spear doesn't appear to spawn when the quest starts. I've looking at some tutorials but they don't seem to go over how to set up quest markers/alias for items in the world. It is always for an item inside a NPC inventory or containers. I looked up some fetch vanilla fetch quests and it seems to be similar to what I'm doing but I must be missing something.

Nevermind, It worked after setting alias to allow reserved.
