[Find] Invisible weapons for NPCs

I'm looking for a mod that makes it so that weapons are invisible when NPCs have them sheathed. I still want the weapons to be visible when the weapons are drawn and I still want the player weapons to be visible when sheathed.

 

I'm sick of giving NPCs nude and skimpy outfits only for them to still be carrying broadswords, daggers, etc. as they walk around a secured city.

 

 

I will also accept a mod that effects the player if it can be configured by MCM so that I can turn visibility of the weapons on and off.

Its also for SE so I can't use it. But I appreciate the effort.
