MCM and Breasts messing up and Pipboy not showing up? XD

So far

Mcm is working, My In game characters breasts are to the floor, and my pipboy isnt working.

 

I dont know where i went wrong.  

 

I downloaded everything from the Beginners list.

Followed everything exactly.

 

I click ESC while in FNV and it says MCM cant find it files, or firewall is in the way or something needs updated.  the whole files thing i dont get cause there was no files with it? Just a readme? 

tried re downloading, didnt work.

 

Made sure i did the skelleton thing right with Astymma's Compatibility Skeleton

I have all the right stuff downloaded? and followed it exactly, I just fucked up somewhere Lol

 

i moved all the NVSE extenders to right spot, all the MCM stuff to the right spot (according to SSs on the guide)

 

all the stuff is in the right load order to.

 

i really dont know what i did wrong >_<

any new save i make (brand new game) the body is glitched and weird?

 

but running a old save its all good.  no glitchs and jsut right.  so eh i fixd it XD

Stretched breasts as far as I've heard always means the Skeleton isn't right.

I installed the file right and what not?

now it working. BUT I CANT see mypipboy on my arm. sometimes.

 

I played the game normally. NO problems, till i reloaded fallout this morning and pipboy isnt showing up but breasts are fine :3

i used the player equipitem 15036 and fixed it.
