Crash occured because of a pathing issue on form id 0xFE043837 (from "Spoils of War.esp"). It could indicate a navmesh problem caused by another mod, but you can start by removing that mod, or investigating that form id. If the problem doesn't go away, create a couple more crash logs and look for differences.

 

Edit: And just in case 0xFE043837 is not a reference to 0xFE043836, look into that form id as well.
