Is Anyone Else Experiencing This With Their Tabs?

Hi, I've been out of the Sims loop for a bit and have now noticed the tabs at the bottom left and bottom right of my screen are looking like this.  Has anyone else had this issue?  Was wondering if there's been any kind of mod/update thats causing this.

Broken CC or mod, I had something similar, it was a broken CC that gave Phone Backgrounds, it also can be things like UI cheats and some other mods.

Any way I can find out what CC/mod did this?  I don't have any phone background mods.

Update any mod related to UI, if you don't have UI cheats well, wait for other advices or use the 50/50  technic to find what mod causes the issue for you.
