Female Sim is stuck with a penis

Dear person,

 

I think I have tried everything by now, but I can't fix my female sims. They suddenly all have a penis and I can't change it. The body selector doesn't do anything, I tried the whole Setting menu, I deleted some mods for sizes and I changed between Sex Identity and Gender Identity in hopes of changing the genitalia, but it doesn't allow me to.

 

Does anyone have an idea on how to get my female sims back to having a vagina instead of a penis (and it seems like a vagina as well?), because I am exasperated!

 mai vagina on female is fix   click on sims and click options wicked atributtes and remove this female trait big dick lover and big penis dna and is fix wicked whims mod ever you  Rest of the day

I think I have found the issue, so for others who may have the same issue I'll tell you what I have done. I had a genitals randomizer installed which I removed, now the problem is solved!

Any specific package was the reason. I am having the similar problem.

I'm having this problem to how do I sort it

Also, make sure that in the Gender Preferences in CAS, "Can this Sim produce milk?" (select 'yes') and "Can this Sim use the toilet standing?" (select 'no') are configured.

i also had this happen when i saved a sim to library with nisak WP 

with the add dix to sim 

which i remade the sim took into game with a new save and in cas i chose to be female 

and in game showed with the penis on top of vagina

there was no options to edit the penis in WW

so all boiled down to a hidden trait

was easy fix just used WP to remove the trait just to me a few to recall that shift click option
