Any mod that turns women into free use?

I have been playing conquest of Skyrim and have taken over. But my goal for the kingdom is to declare all women to be free to use sexual at anytime and by anyone. So I need a mod that will have random moments of men (and possibly women too) aggressively grabbing them for sex. Anything like that?

Methods that come to mind are one of the Aroused based frameworks (since there are a couple versions of that mod) that would have NPCs have sex with others when their arousal is too high. I don't recall a name off the top of my head, and there will be different ones for LE and SE.

 

There is another mod whose name I've completely blanked on, that has a set of rules you can create (and had a topic for sharing rules, so someone might have already created something you can use) and you could set that up to randomly have NPCs have sex.

Thanks. I was thinking about using carnival. But I don't know if I would really be able to set it for certain animations only.

somewhat good news I remembered the rules based mod I could not remember before.  not sure how well this will work for you but hopefully people in the support thread can help if not.  If you need LE, that should be around someplace.
