Up in the hills of Del Sol Valley there sits Sim Studz Studios, a pornography studio the specialises in gay films (of course, if you wanted to convert it for another orientation then that's up to you).  Spread across three storeys, this angular and unusual building has a reception atrium that goes from the first to the third floor, where a skylight ensures it feels open and airy, with management and production rooms on the top and sets on the levels below.

I think I've got all the CC I used, there wasn't a lot of it, but did struggle to find some of the things I had listed (though I'm sure you'll be able to add your own instead).

Just today I've had a couple of DMs saying they can't seem to find this lot to place it in world after downloading.  I'm not sure what the issue might be and with a few hundred downloads if this were a common problem I'm sure I would've heard about it by now, so is anyone else having bother or could someone be able to offer up suggestions on what might be the issue?

It could just be the way that everything is bundled that trips them up. I tend to take the tray files from wherever they are and deposit them directly into the correct directory rather than just unpacking into the Mods folder.

One needs to unpack the archive then manually install the files into the correct folders (Tray and Mods).

Archiv habe ich entpackt,  es nur eine Tray Datei und die habe ich im Tray Ordner hinterlegt.

Die restliche Dateien hab ich im Order Mods  / AEP - Sim Studz Studios / gelassen.

I've had this myself, there is a work around: select the desired world you want to locate the build, select the lot and then open your gallery library, place Sim Stud Studios and wait for it to go through the building loading screen, once that's done then just visit the lot as normal to edit it, that should correct the issue (hopefully).

Hi BearyBry, great work! However, I have one small problem. Once placed on a plot, building continues indefinitely (causes the game to crash). If I try to place your studio on the plot through the place and edit actions - I can edit it but after leaving the plot the game crashes again. In addition, it displays a message about missing CCs (I have all add-ons and DLC). Could I ask you to reupload the file? 🐻

@BearyBry First, the look of this lot is amazing!

Second, I am having the same CC issues as asbiel94 in the quote. When I place the lot (on the correct 50x40 location) I get a CC removal notification of over 44 items. I have all DLCs and add-ons. I also made sure I added everything from your CC folder (which wasn't a lot, only 13 files in total).

Could you re-upload the .zip with all correct CC please?

Not sure what's going on, but when I drop the lot down now there are even more missing items. I've placed all the CC 1 folder into mods and replaced each of the tray items.

The lot drops just fine, no freezing, etc., and looks amazing. It's just the items for some reason. The error I'm getting is that 68 build mode items have been removed and one build mode item has been substituted.

Hey, I couldn't manage to install this. It says:

One or more items may not be installed on your computer or the EA Account that is currently logged on doesn't own these items.

244 Build mode items have been removed

362 build mode items have been substituted

 

and then the lot looks like a basic -worse than basic- home. What can I do? Am I supposed to buy all of the packs you used?

I’ve had similar thoughts before, and honestly, just checking out sites like https://www.gaypornpictures.com/ helped me figure out more about what actually turns me on. Sometimes you don’t know till you see it, then things click in your head. Made things way clearer for me and helped me feel more normal about it too.
