some armbinder animation work while others don't!!!

hey. some armbinder animation work while others don't!!! in the same game save i used 2 armbinders one didn't work. the pc got hands hidden but the bound animation didn't play. after removing it and adding an arm binder via console command it worked with the bound animation? is there a mod that overwrites the devious devices? or does it need an update or something?

well i find this weird. devices from cursed loot added items dousn't run animation. while devious devices normally runs animation! sexlab survival armbinder on gates doesn't run animations?
