MrGrey Posted November 8, 2023 Posted November 8, 2023 I'm trying to make mods. Mostly I just look at the XML files in Sims 4 Studio and edit them by adding or deleting lines.  So, I downloaded these TDESC files, which i believe describe the XML files you put in a mod. How do I read TDESC files? It looks like some of the XML files have left out features that are defaults, for example DON'T add the Actor to the list of sims in the sim picker is a default, but I want to add the actor. Not sure where the line should be added in the XML file.
PECO Posted November 8, 2023 Posted November 8, 2023 You should try LOT51's TDESC browser & builder. https://tdesc.lot51.cc/

It looks powerful tho. My problem is that I need to understand how Sims 4 works.
