Limit Access to Crafting Stations

Are there any good mods out there that limit the PCs access to random crafting stations?

I found on on Nexus - Crafting Requires Permission SE - but it's not working for me. Is there anything else out there?

@Anunya I don't believe there are any current mods that completely prohibit literal gameplay access to crafting stations.

BMLE only considers what the player can reasonably do. For example, the player can sneakily use crafting stations while out-of-sight, which is why there is no 'technical restriction', only diegetic contextual restriction.

I was just about to head over to the BMLE thread to ask to see if you'd consider adding crafting licenses... and what do you know, they're already implemented :)

Is the implementation that if you're seen using a crafting station without the license, you get a fine?

Second question - is the crafting license for all crafting? If so, would you consider implementing separate licenses for different stations?

Yes.

If we go by Skyrim's definition for crafting, and as according to BMLE's front page, the license rules ignore cooking stations. Otherwise, the license prohibits use of any other workbench furniture. Different licenses for different stations is probably too much. You know, choice paralysis and all. Don't want to overwhelm the player with too many choices. Such a feature is better suited for a separate mod.

If you're aiming to make alchemy less potent in a playthrough, consider

Fair enough. You're probably right that with all the licenses in BMLE it could be too much.

Yeah I really like FMEA. Unfortunately I found that with FMEA in my load order my game tended to end up in a place where I got stuck on a perpetual black screen when loading to new location... and I lack the technical skills to properly diagnose it, so I've avoided it.

I'm having the same issue with Blushing While Aroused, unfortunately :(

I appreciate the suggestion though - it's a fun mod :)
