Also have mods, like a lot, but the scriptmods are up to date.
For me, the menus are not displayed correctly, and some dont work right.

Same here, all menus at the bottom of the screen are basically jacked

If you have the Weebersau UI mods, you might want to remove those until he updates.  Mine was completely jacked, but after I removed them, everything went back to normal.  Still have that annoying rig error from WW.  Can't find the frackin' rig file in my mods! Grrrr!!!!?

UI cheats has been updated to version 1.38 and work for  last EA update ^^ and if you don't want EA update use old version UI cheats 1.37.

Dont know Webersau UI mods. Other threads mention cheat UI mod, but I dont know that one as well. other ideas?
Will start to try and update mods in general.. shame that vortex-modmanager doesnt work with loverslab (or..does it somehow?)

I'm having the same issues, cc shows up if it is already placed on a lot but no in build/buy. I have updated all of my UI mods and tried repairing my game and well as looked for any batch fixes and nothing's fixed it.

I have updated nisas, MCCC, basemental, and other things I could find a script file in.
No luck so far.
Will have to try and opt out of updates >_>

I have the same problem, was fine until I put 1.38 in game.  Dumbass me didn't keep 1.37. Any ideas on where I can find it?

Took UI 1.38 out and the problem is still there, looks like its 50/50 time!!!

I removed Tmex-BetterBuildBuy and TMEX-Settings and that seems to have fixed my no cc showing up in build/buy

for me the UI cheats have always worked very well and with all my mods, never any conflicts with others mods.

Thanks, just tried in game and works great!!

 

  Well, with 1.38 the bottom ui controls are really messed up, couldn't use phone or read the controls. With 1.37 all the bottom ui controls are fine, but when the top left goal/objective box opens it's hard to read. Its like another image is on top of it.  That being said I'll keep 1.37, would rather be able to use the phone and controls over that annoying top box anyway.

I never had UI Cheats, and still have this issue. Menus are all graphical garbled. The buttons still react to mouseover and clicking in their correct position, just cant see them.

What other mods could be responsible?

TOOL, Better Build Buy to name just some of possible ones, but there might be other.

 

Check all your script mods if they had updates to latest game version.

I had the same issue. For me it was an outdated version of NISANE Phone Background. The file was called [NISANE] Phone Background Override - PUBLIC.package. There are allready updated files. NISANE

I have had that problem as well.
And I solved it.
The cause of this problem was UI_Cheats_Extension and UI_Cheats_Extension_Scripts.
When I deleted these two, the in-game icons and the toolbar below would launch correctly.
Please delete the two in the scripts folder.
If that doesn't work, it seems the only way is to delete the rest.

I had this very problem after the patch I updated the More Columns in CAS v1.30 and that fixed it for me.
