Can a futa get women pregnant

My character is a futa. I have the fertility mode mod. I was wondering if my futa character could get women pregnant or if I need to be full male.

You might want to post that question in the section of whatever game you play.

Maybe it is Skyrim?

And there, you might want to provide some more details about the mod that made your character a futa.

Override your characters gender in the second settings page. But yeah, this should really be in the skyrim forums.
