Sims Not Naked in CAS

I'm not sure why, but whenever I try to remove a Sim's shirt so they are topless, they wind up in a CC sweater, but their lower halves are fully naked. Happens to both male and female Sims, even though said sweater is for female frames.

Is this the first time you've played this game??

 

• This IS NOT a Mod issue (Let alone a Wicked Whims issue)
• Moreover, Sims aren't even supposed to be naked unless you're trying clothes on them

As such, where's the issue??

That CC sweater is probably tagged as default for body type, you need either correct it or remove
