Best load order for UAP and others?

3 hours later, and the guide is read and all secondary, tertiary and fourth level of requirements all installed.

 

I have .esp likes PenPos and UAP Moans, and Custom Moans... where does this go. The guide covers the Folder pan on the left, but not specific ESP;s.
