How do I turn video files into package files?

Sorry if this is a dumb question or if it steps on anyone's toes, that's not my intention. I was just wondering if there is a way I could turn some of my porn vids into files compatible with CinErotique TV by PECCO. 
I don't want to replace their files, just want to add some of my own favorite pornos.

CinErotique is not open for user generated third-party videos, so I'm afraid there isn't a straightforward way to add your own videos to it.
(This was a deliberate design decision from me to ensure that only quality lore friendly content makes it into / is associated with the mod + to make sure all videos are properly tested and 100% guaranteed to work ingame.)

 

But maybe You can try asking around at this mod's topic instead, AFAIK it's designed specifically for the purpose you're looking for.

I've tried once with a music video ("It's raining men" by Madona, as it's copyrighted I will not share this masterwork), the most difficult part is to find the required softwares and drivers.

 

I dDidn't used Sims 4 Data Tool and TS4 STBL Editor, as Sims 4 Studio could do it.
