GTX 660 Can't run TPC?

I used to run the game properly (about 60 fps) with TPC, ENB and CoT and there was no problems at all, but I had to reinstall the game and all the mods. Now my fps is like 15 (I didn't check it yet) in interiors and like 5 outside.

Any idea what could have caused it?

There are a lot of things that may cause this problem, even if a drop of 80-90% less FPS is just weird, really weird.

 

Load order, mod conflicts, Skyrim.ini and SkyrimPrefs.ini not optimized, heavy filters, vga drivers, or maybe a corrupted save... Try to start a new game to see if you still have the issue, and try to identify the problem by disabling some mods and start the game to see if you get back your FPS.

It works! Climates of Tamriel was conflicting with some other mod that caused huge fps drops, after disabling all the CoT esp files the game started to work properly.
