Looking For A Game That is Kinda Like Rimworld, that is more fantasy themed, but with 3D models...

So I'm looking for a game that is basically like Rimworld, that is more Fantasy themed, but also with 3D models.

Ideally with some lewd in it (Doubtful that even exists...), or with at least the capacity to be lewdly modded (Hopefully with an avid modder playerbase and hell bonus points if there are already lewd mods out for it x.x)

Anyone know of any games like that? Closest thing I got on my Radar is going Medieval... whenever they make some modders tools to allow modders to actually start making Fantasy Race Mods and Sex mods and the like... but anything else catching a similar idea?
