An assortment of minor LV patches. Only English localisation included by default (until someone sends me translations).

 

LV_gender_patch.7z

 

A patch for LV trait detection for vanilla portraits, updated to 4.0.

 

This will be removed once properly absorbed into LV proper.

 

LV_Dairy_Patch.7z

 

TO BE REWORKED - WILL NOT WORK IN 4.0

 

Modifies Agricultural Districts:

• Milking tradition replaces a Farmer/Agri-Drone with a Milk Cow/Milk Drone (2 for hives on Dairy Worlds for a total of 3)
• Dairy World replaces a Farmer/Agri-Drone with a Milk Cow/Milk Drone
• Milk Ranchers civic replaces a Farmer with a Milk Cow

 

Yes, it stacks.

 

Milking Worlds:

• Renamed existing decision to Industrialised Milking World - Miserable Cows
  • Added -20% happiness penalty for workers and slaves
• Added Free Range Milking World - Pampered Cows
  • +50% output for Dairy jobs
  • +20% happiness bonus for workers and slaves
  • +1 Unity output for Milk Cows with Milk Ranchers
  • +2 Food (or Minerals if Lithoid), Consumer Goods (or Energy Credits if Gestalt) upkeep for Dairy Jobs
  • +1 Housing and Amenities usage for Dairy Jobs

 

Existing Policy - Dairy Specialization:

• Free Use now gives +2 Amenities to Milk Cows

    

New Policy - Dairy Genetic Modification:

• Requires Gene Tailoring technology
• Occurs on Industrialised and Free Range Milking Worlds over 5 yearly pulses
• Options:
  • Genetic Modification Disallowed
    • Default Option

Small patch that modifies the version of the Agricultural Districts from Planetary Bugversity (PD + BB Patch).

 

Distributism civic gives Milk Cows instead of Farmers with Milk Ranchers.

 

Add to playset below the above Dairy Patch (and Planetary Bugversity).

Modifies civics and opinion modifiers to take the additional megacorp authorities etc. from Ethics & Civics: Bug Branch into account.

Thanks for the update to the dairy patch! Any plans to update the LV Extensions mod to account for the various new government authority variants that can result from the revamped ascension paths/origin combonations?

I haven't looked in that area, but no plans unless something is broken.

 

I'm more likely to look at extending the automodding though.

Hello, does the trait detection work still is that on an individual person basis with factoring in job title, traits, and ethics (maybe even crime level?) or only refers to ethics and civics of the empire and job title to determine what they wear? Also, can this be used with more human clothes, more new human clothes, your hair mod, and the remastered portraits mixed (old and new) mods? I'm using them all now with se restyled sharp and ran it with plusplus and works good, I'm just confused on how it all works together and what to expect. I haven't been able to enable partial, full, and the variety of clothes i see in the older versions like se clothes and hair. I think I did see someone comment that there is work on integrating stellaris evolved and the ascension changes of that one mod? I'm thinking that could maybe be the issue or most likely i've put in things that conflict. Thanks in advance. Here's an example of how my game looks so far with the mods i mentioned in it.

You most definitely have conflicts. This is especially odd because Restyled was designed from the ground up not to conflict with vanilla or other mods by renaming things.

 

Support for other mods is done by others making their own trigger pack submods and forwarding me stubs so I can hook them into the core. Otherwise governments/jobs/etc. from other mods will be ignored.

Thanks for the reply. I did not select the sexy version of human species originally and was using mixed portraits along with not having the correct portrait trigger pack for LV compatibility. Remastered portraits seems to work with yours along with more human clothes when using the regular human species from the creation screen. Now I'm just wondering how to get maybe an addon that allows the individuals to determine their attire based off their own traits and factions too. To the point where hopefully some are wearing "regular" clothes.

Any body else have the dairy patch bork the agriculture districts and i am using planetary diversity and even interacting with it crashes the game.

Clarified the description - dairy patch will not work in 4.0 and will be remade from scratch to work with latest LV.

 

Gender patch is properly updated to 4.0, and the extensions mod still works.
